About Ashlyn
Ashlyn Noble (she/they) has been creating beads and small glass creations since 2014 from her home studio in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. They have designed custom pieces and historical replicas for clients around the world.
She is multicraftorial - when not making beads, Ashlyn is often quilting, sewing comfy clothing, painting, and gardening (which is totally a craft). She loves feeding people, hiking in the forest, playing games, and taking hundreds of pictures of the family cats.
Soon after starting beadmaking, friends started requesting memorial beads, and Ashlyn has found that creating beautiful things full of memories and love that will be cherished forever is one of the most fulfilling of all feelings.

Noble & Whimsical customers are compassionate, understanding humans who acknowledge that this is a one artist business. They want beautiful, one-of-a-kind art that celebrates their loved one in an intimate way, and they want to support small-time artists who are sometimes really bad at email.
Every piece that comes out of the kiln, even if made simultaneously, will be different and unpredictable. If you are looking for someone to recreate your vision exactly, you might not be a Noble & Whimsical customer. If you want to throw ten pictures of your grandmother’s favourite flowers, or the beautiful marbling of your cat’s eyes at me and tell me to play with those colours - I’m your artist.
